Medzown Email Campaign Flow

A high-level view of the welcome-nurture logic for Medzown. We start with an introductory email that educates potential patients about who we are and offers an easy next step. When someone opens, clicks, or replies, they’re advanced to the next message and their interest level is progressively elevated (Interested → Engaged → Hot Lead). If there’s no interaction, we follow up a few days later with a refreshed subject line to re-spark attention, then continue the sequence at a steady, respectful cadence. Across four touches, content stays concise and supportive—building trust, answering common questions, and making it simple to request more information or feel comfortable picking up the phone when we call. By the final touch, consistently engaged contacts are flagged for timely personal outreach, while others are gracefully paused for a few weeks. This tested framework has been producing strong results, typically in the 20–50% engagement range, and we continue to optimize it as we scale. We are aiming for the campaign to last between 2-3 weeks each time.
